This book celebrates the mélange of life's flavors, as experienced by unique and adaptable women and men - who have faced life with courage and dignity and joy, empowered by a special affinity for each other that can be traced back to common roots anchored on the memory of St. Theresa's College. As the second publication of collective Theresian kitchen wisdom, this new set is comprised of more than 40 new recipes provided by Theresians from Manila, Quezon City, Baguio and Cebu, plus a classic from the Home Economics teacher of STCM.

Personal vignettes of the contributors and Editors' Notes with comments and suggestions after kitchen-testing every single one of the recipes add piquancy and special interest. The diverse recipes are counterpoints to each other and to the women and men who contributed them. Each represents a distinct taste; taken together, they combine as a formidable, and flavorful, backdrop to a bond that has withstood the test of time.
